Shipping Policy
All orders placed before 9:00 PM CST on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 9:00 PM CST, or on a weekend or public holiday, ship the next available business day.
Delivery Timeframe
Delivery takes up to 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipment. You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped so you can follow your package's progress.
Customs, Duties and Tariffs
Aluralight covers all customs fees, import duties, and tariffs on every order worldwide. You will never be charged unexpected fees on delivery. If a customs charge does come through in error, forward the invoice to support@aluralight.com and we will reimburse you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. You can also track your order at any time by visiting the tracking page linked in your shipping confirmation email.
