Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used devices. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, visit our return portal at aluralight.com/a/returnzap or contact us at support@aluralight.com. If your return is accepted, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please do not send items back before submitting a return request, as items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Processing Fee

A $100 return processing fee applies to all cash refunds. This fee reflects the cost of international shipping, handling, customs, and tariff fees that Aluralight covers on every order. Customers who choose store credit in lieu of a cash refund are not subject to this fee, and receive a 7% bonus on top of their order value.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
