Warranty Policy
Aluralight warrants its LED Mask against defects that result in product failure for one (1) year from the date of
purchase (the "Limited Warranty").
What's Covered
During the warranty period, Aluralight will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product, or
refund the original purchase price.
What's Not Covered
The Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic deterioration from normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from accident, misuse, or neglect
Warranty Terms
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. No registration is required. Your
protection starts the moment you order.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your device has a defect covered under warranty, please contact us at support@aluralight.com. You will be
asked to provide:
- Your order number and date of purchase
- A description of the issue
- A short video demonstrating the problem (upload to Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer and share a public link)
Our team will review and advise on next steps. No promises or timelines will be made until the device has been assessed.
Fees
If a return is approved for a defective device, the $100 return processing fee is waived. You will not be penalised for
a product fault.
