My Device Won't Charge: Troubleshooting Guide
If your Aluralight isn't charging, work through these steps before contacting support.
Step 1: Try Both Charging Methods
Your Aluralight can be charged in two ways:
- Via the charging cradle: Insert the mask into the cradle and connect using the provided USB-C cable.
- Via the USB-C port on the mask: There is a USB-C port located below the power button on the inside of the mask. You can charge directly here.
Try both methods to rule out a cradle issue.
Step 2: Check Your Cable
Try a different USB-C cable. A faulty or incompatible cable is one of the most common causes of charging issues. Any standard USB-C cable will work.
Step 3: Check Your Charger
Do not use a turbo or fast charger. Use a standard charger only. Turbo chargers can interfere with the charging process.
Charging Indicators
- Red light: Mask is charging.
- Blue light: Mask is fully charged.
- It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge from empty.
Still Not Charging?
