My Device Won't Turn On or Is Unresponsive
If your Aluralight mask won't turn on or becomes unresponsive, try the following steps:
Step 1 — Charge the Device
Make sure your mask is fully charged before troubleshooting further. Connect it to the charging cradle or directly via the USB-C port below the power button. The red indicator light should appear when charging begins. Allow up to 2 hours for a full charge.
Step 2 — Use Your Palm to Power On
The mask's touch controls are sensitive and work best with palm contact rather than fingertips. Hold the power button for 2 seconds using the flat of your hand or palm to power on.
Step 3 — Avoid Accidental Touches
The controls are located on the right side of the mask. It is easy to accidentally touch and switch colors or power off the device while wearing it. Try to avoid touching the right side of the mask during your session.
Step 4 — Check the Power Button
The power button requires a 2-second hold to turn the device on. A brief tap will not power it on.
